The website www.spainhomes.estate is operated by Anastasia Mukhina (hereinafter, the “Owner”), a natural person registered under the Special Regiment for Self-Employed Workers (Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos), holding NIE Y2460383H, with registered office at Calle Londres 35, viv 4.5, buzón 91, 03509 Finestrat (Alicante), Spain, trading under the commercial name/brand “Spainhomes Levante“.

The use of any services (“Services”) provided by SpainHomes or access to its content gives the user the status of User (“User”).
SpainHomes allows users to view listings of valuable properties and get in touch with real estate agents and professionals.
The following describes the terms and Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) to which SpainHomes gives users access to and use of their services. In addition, in the section devoted to the rules of privacy, the purposes and methods of treatment of personal data of Users are indicated.
We ask You to carefully read the Terms of Use by using or visiting SpainHomes, you declare that You understand, are aware of and accept the Terms of Use. In the event that you do not agree to the Terms of Use listed below, use of the Site is not permitted.
All references contained in these Terms of Use referred to as “we /our/us” refer to Spainhomes Levante, all references to “you / your / yours” refer to the User. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us and the User in relation to the use of SpainHomes and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between us and the User.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Spainhomes Levante is a Spanish real estate agency. The details, information, photographs, videos and features (“Details”) of the properties are made and posted by SpainHomes in good faith, so we can guarantee their accuracy and completeness.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) used to access the content has the features needed to allow for the use of SpainHomes, and to check compatibility.
You must not use our system or this Site in an inappropriate manner, in particular it is forbidden to tamper (hack into), circumvent the security systems or alter the proper functioning of our systems and our Website, or try to commit any of the foregoing. This includes the introduction of viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other arrangements that are or may be malicious or technologically harmful.
You must not use or attempt to use any automated programs (including, without limitation to, any spider or other web crawler) to access our systems or the Site, or to search, display or obtain links to any part of this Site, unless the automated program identifies itself in the User field and abides by the Robots Exclusion Protocol.

REGISTRATION
To register with SpainHomes the User declares to have more than 18 years of age, and must ensure that the information provided by him/her is true, accurate, current and complete. When you register for the service, you agree to receive emails about its activities, other SpainHomes services. You may modify your communication preferences and unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Upon registration the User will be asked to create a password, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and restrict access to the computer, the User will be held responsible for any activity carried out by that access and password.
AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We strive to ensure that our website and services are available to you at any time, but we cannot guarantee that the Website or the Services will operate continuously, without interruption or error free. Sometimes a maintenance or an upgrade of the site requires us to make the website and the services unavailable without notice, however we aim to keep downtime to a minimum. We accept no liability for any interruption or loss of service. We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our Website or Services, including access to it.

You may not reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute any material or information on our website without our prior consent. However, you are granted a limited right to access the Services and retrieve, view, and print pages of content for your personal, non- commercial use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your license to use our services and to restrict access to our Website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
